Meet the Team

Pastor E.J. is WUCC's new settled pastor, starting his ministry at our church on July 28, 2024. A graduate of North Park Theological Seminary and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Pastor E.J. previously served as the lead pastor of New Abbey Church, which he planted, from 2016 to 2024 in Waukegan, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). He is married to J.L. and has three children.

Mia assists with the administrative duties of the church, including coordination of rentals for our Social Hall in the Weinberg Center. We are grateful for her dedication and caring help she gives to all she comes to meet! She is a graduate of Waialua High School and has two daughters.

Formerly a long-time member of The KRUSH, an entertainment group in Hawaii, Edwin is currently our main pianist. His skills in piano-playing and singing have been a tremendous asset to us. Edwin is with the Department of Education and is a Junior High teacher.

About five years ago, the Andres' served as Youth directors. We are blessed to have them serve again. Dale is a retired engineer with the City and County of Honolulu and Cil is a retired teacher with the Department of Education.
